Uniting Digital Generations
for Real Action
Youth participation activity
A project within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027
During this project, the participants became familiar with and practiced the knowledge and skills necessary in modern activism, in a non-formal way. This includes knowledge of digital activism, nonprofit marketing, digital health, and other skills they need to start and run their own movements and nonprofit organizations around issues they are passionate about—in a sustainable way! Download the checklist "Competencies for Modern Activists" (PDF, 1 page) that the participants created at the end of the project!
The project was created by young people for young people—but we also aim to provide opportunities to build bridges between new generations of activists and movements and the established civil society!
The project was born when digital became the new normal and is carried out digitally with almost no physical meetings between the participants. Over eleven months, we organized a series of online discussions, workshops, and interviews, approximately one activity per month. These were streamed and recorded on our YouTube channel.
