Non-profit All-Inclusive

KA2 Small-scale partnership in the field of youth

A project within Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027

The project is organized in collaboration between the non-profit organizations Miromida (Latvia) and Ideell Marknadsföring i Sverige (Sweden) and is funded by the EU through the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society (MUCF)

Project aim
 is to empowering new generation of changemakers with the knowledge and skills to start and run movements and organizations to influence and shape opinions in a modern, digitalized world. Methodology is a combination of neurographica coaching for long-term vision setting, guidance in non-profit marketing, non-formal education and mentoring.

Project target groups are primarily young people aged 18-30, those who live in Sweden or Latvia, curious about or are a part of informal group or a non-profit organization (rather recently founded) for young people, and want to learn more.

Trainers:

  • Kristina Castronovo (Latvia) – co-founder and board member of Miromida, youth worker and project manager with 18 years experience from Latvia, Sweden and Italy, non-formal education trainer of Latvian NA trainers' pool, as well as Neurograhica instructor and aesthetic coach

  • Iryna Azaranka (Sweden) – co-founder of IMIS, with degree in marketing and 9 years experience in Swedish non-profit sector as volunteer, employee and board member

 

ACTIVITIES

 

  • October - November 2024:

    • Online coaching by Miromida (using Neurographica method)

  • November - December 2024:

    • Guided presentations by IMIS (Non-profit Marketing in Sweden)

  • December 2024 - January 2025:

    • Transnational online webinars

  • April 2025:

    • International training course in Sweden

All activity-related costs are covered
