Neurographica sessions boosted creativity and future vision

Three regular Neurographica coaching sessions per country were held in mid-October, and two additional sessions took place last week – one for Latvia and one for Sweden – with the aim of boosting creativity and helping participants develop a vision for the future of the organizations or informal groups they belong to. ✨


Here are some insights from last week's participants:

  • "I have come to understand which target group I am naturally drawn to and connect with easily, and by whom I feel genuinely appreciated. This is likely the target group I should focus on in the future – even if it requires significant changes." 🖤🌞💭

  • "Det var första gången jag hörde om modellen the golden circle - det gav mig många nya insikter och fick mig att reflektera. Jag kommer att använda den framöver. Tack!"

  • "Vislielākā atziņa - visu darīt tā, lai pašiem prieks, jo tikai tādā darba atmosfērā, mēs varēsim arī jauniešiem justies labi, ērti un droši." 🎨❤️
