On August 31, 2025, our Erasmus+ project Non-Profit All-Inclusive (NoPAI) officially comes to an end. Over the past year, this initiative has provided a new generation of changemakers with knowledge and tools to start and develop non-profit organizations and social movements.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all participants, partners, staff, and volunteers – your contribution has been invaluable in making this project possible!
NoPAI – Startup / LevelUp Cycle Guidelines – a free toolbox
One of the main outcomes of the project is the creation of NoPAI – Startup / LevelUp Cycle Guidelines. This is a free and practical guide, designed to support young people – and those working with youth – to:
turn an idea or a problem into a concrete project
structure and develop a non-profit association or movement
improve communication and outreach to target groups
explore different funding opportunities
apply creative methods such as Neurographica for strategy and idea development

The guidelines are available in English, with Latvian and Swedish-language versions of documents and subtitles also provided.

Project Report
For those interested in learning more about the project’s background, activities, and results, we have also produced a project report (in English). The report is approximately 25 pages long and provides an overview of the project’s purpose, activities, and impact on participants, organizations, and the general public.

If you have any questions regarding the project, contact us at: nopai@ideellmarknadsforing.se

Help us spread the word
We hope that both the guidelines and the report will serve as useful resources in your work. Please feel free to share them within your professional and personal networks!
